The Lodge has 5 double bedrooms and 1 single with two bathrooms and toilets. Three bedrooms are upstairs with one bathroom. There is a large verandah with three sides on the top floor and also a BBQ room with great views. The house has a breakfast verandah & massive dining area downstairs as well & more views downstairs. The house is spacious and can easily fit two families. It is just up from the Earl of Spencer and York Street is a short stroll.
It is fully self contained with full kitchen and laundry and is airconditioned and a slow combustion stove upstairs.
There is plenty of off street parking but as the area is quiet there is also parking on the street.
All the beds come made up with linen and doonas.
There is also a piano if you are so inclined.
