Enjoy a bbq on the verandah watching the red caps and western rosellas feeding,in the late afternoon sun. Relax in the 2 person bath, with outlook to the bush garden. Facilities provided, - Fully functional kitchen,inc.5 gas burner, elect.oven, microwave,large fridge freezer, jarrah dining table and chairs, piano, huge comfortable lounge, massage chair, widescreen tv,dvd, separate toilet, ensuite shower and bath,storage robes,washing machine,dryer,double garage,front verandah with out door setting and back verandah adjacent to bedroom with seating for enjoying the morning sun.

Locality

There is so much to see and enjoy in the natural environment, we are walking distance to the Princess Harbour, and National Park. There is beauty here at any time of the year, but for those who want to visit in August, September the wild flowers are abundant then and the whales are migrating through our waters.
We are ten minutes from pristine white beaches for swimming, snorkelling and fishing. We are 10kms from the whaling station which is now a display centre, and includes local wildlife viewing, as well as boasting a cafe with magical views out onto the harbour. From Little Grove Cottages there is a walking/bike track into town along part of the Bibbulmun track which is part of a 1,000km walk track which allows people to walk from Albany to Perth.
We are 10kms drive to Albany township around the scenic harbour, where you can enjoy many quality restaurants, cafes and shopping, we are happy to recommend the best coffee in town and the quality fare from budget to gourmet. For those with an interest in history, Albany was one of the first settled sites in W.A., and there are several museums which document early history, and many of the older buildings remain. Albany also has a military history with war ships being sent from this harbour to the Middle East during the first world war, and you can view the military defence lookout at the opening of the harbour on mount Adelaide, which is a spectacular look out over the whole area.
From Little Grove it is also a 20 min. drive to swim or canoe in the Kalgan river and inlet, and a 45min drive to visit the Porungorup mountains and National park for hiking,and/or wine tasting.
