Cottage, Holiday house

This large two storey house in Central Albany has panaramic views of the harbour and the new marina.

The house is suitable for a couple, a group of friends or a family. It is an ideal place to unwind and relax, enjoy the view and watch the action on the harbour below. And sometimes even whales.

There are lots of things to do, many of them within easy walking distance.

It's a ten minute walk to town an its numerous cafes, shops and restaurants, and the award winning Farmers Markets.
The popular Earl of Spencer pub with log fires is just around the corner.
The beautiful Middleton beach is a five minute drive away. Or if you're feeling energetic, you can walk there via the boardwalk. The superb coffee and food at Bay Merchants cafe makes it worth the effort.
Mt Clarence National Park is 100 metres up the hill behind the house, with numerous bush walking trails and stunning views.
Lawley Park on the street below has tennis courts for hire and a playground for children.
