Bayside at Middleton is fully self-contained, featuring three bedrooms (sleeps 6), two bathrooms as well as a large open living and dining area with all the comforts of home making it ideal for families and couples.

Enjoy a well earned break in beautiful Albany and take the time to visit the stunning natural wonders and historic attractions of the Great Southern.

Swim, dive & fish in the magnificent waters or just bask on the pristine beaches. Then take time out to indulge your senses in the fine wine and fresh produce of the region.

My wife and I spent a very relaxing week at Bayside at Middleton, everything you could wish for was there. Great location only 80 metres to the beach, very quiet and only a few minutes from the centre of town and tourist activities.

Locality

Bayside at Middleton is located in the beautiful surrounds of Albany Beachside Retreat.

Your villa is located less than two minutes walk from the white sands of beautiful Middleton Beach and the Albany Golf Club.

Albany town centre is 5 kilometres by road and the cafes at Emu Point & Middleton Beach are less than 5 minutes drive.

Property

From the moment you arrive, you will feel right at home in the quality comforts of Bayside at Middleton.

The interior is tastefully finished with quality floor tiles and curtains throughout, while the reverse cycle air conditioner will keep you comfortable indoors all year round.

Quality country style timber furniture is a feature of this luxury villa, including two queen size and two single beds with warm doonas and comfortable pillows. All rooms have plenty of drawer and hanging space.

The living area has a stunning high ceiling and is furnished with two comfortable 3-seater lounge suites, a large 68cm remote controlled colour television, video and DVD players as well as a stereo system. There is also a large dining table with seating for eight and a well equipped kitchen with hotplates, microwave and fridge.

For the children, we have a toybox, lounges and TV/DVD in the bedroom. We also have a fenced courtyard and full size bath in the bathroom. We are situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with access path directly down to the beach.

Outside is a beautiful courtyard complete with outdoor setting and gas barbeque. The courtyard is a perfect place to sit and listen to the waves from the nearby beach and take in the beautiful natural bush outlook.

The deck area at the front of the villa is the perfect place to read a book in the afternoon sun or enjoy some afternoon tea.

In case you need it, there is a laundry complete with washing machine and clothes dryer as well as storeroom for your bikes, boogie boards and gold clubs!
