Apartment(3 rooms)on first floor.Large balcony overlooks Eyre Park to the ocean which is a short walk away. Less than 200 metres from your door,coastal walk trails through thick bush lead up to the historic forts and glorious views of King George Sound.
The Albany Esplanade Hotel site,Bay Merchants,Calamaris At Beachside and Midd's Blue Water Restaurant are within walking distance.

Middleton Beach

Quiet neighbourhood.Pleasant surroundings.Elevated views over Eyre Park to the ocean. Middleton Beach is the most popular swimming beach with an extensive board walk/cycle way leading around to glorious views of King George Sound.
