The villa has its own private in ground pool and glorious ocean and valley views. The property also features a private tennis court that can only be accessed by those staying at the house.

This property is completely secluded, private and quiet, yet is located just four minutes drive from lively Airlie Beach. Abel Point Marina is three minutes away and is a great place to start exploring the Whitsundays and Great Barrier Reef.

The elevated property has full-length verandahs with amazing sea and valley views over the Whitsundays and out to the Whitsunday Islands.

The house has been recently refurbished and renovated. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. The main bedroom has its own ensuite and walk in wardrobe and king size bed with views over the valley and out to sea. The second bedroom backs on to the rainforest with a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds.

The lounge room and living areas have magnificent views and the house is equipped with a brand new 76cm Plasma television, stereo, hairdryers, CD and DVD player.

There is a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.

Undercover and garaged parking for at least two cars is also available at no extra charge.

This retreat is ideal for anyone seeking a unique and blissful holiday retreat, especially bird watchers, honeymooners or nudists!! Experience the absolute privacy of this beautiful property while enjoying the gorgeous Whitsundays.

Locality


Airlie Beach & Cannonvale are the gateway towns to the Whitsunday Islands and the Great Barrier Reef. It is a 14 hour drive from Brisbane. We are 7 hours drive south of Cairns, 3 hours south of Townsville and 1.5 hours north of Mackay.

There are two airports that service the area - Hamilton Island and Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast.)

Proserpine is approx 30kms away and regular shuttles, buses and taxis meet all arrivals & departures. Hamilton Island airport is approx 30 mins by boat from Shute Harbour and is serviced by both regular shuttles and Island Air Taxi
