Holiday house

The Beach House at Airey's Inlet is a relaxing holiday house which is family friendly and has a beautiful, green garden outlook. It is a Fasham, architect-designed cedar timber home with open plan living, kitchen and dining areas and three bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you may require to cook a gourmet meal and there is a wide timber deck with a gas barbeque where you can hang the hammock and listen to the large variety of native birds and gaze at the ironbark trees. This is a bushy, green part of Airey's Inlet on the ocean side of the Great Ocean road.

There is a large enclosed yard for children to play in as well as the court. The yard is also safe for dogs and a kennel is provided for the family dog too.

It is only a ten minute walk to stunning beaches and spectacular cliff walks. Walking distance to amenities, tennis courts, playground, good coffee shops, art gallery and general store.

Locality

Airey's Inlet is a small town only 90 minutes from Melbourne which boasts the magnificent Split Point lighthouse, as featured in the Children's television series, "Round the Twist." Airey's Inlet has some beautiful and spectacular seaside walks, the Cliff Walk, and the walks along the rocks when the tide is out. There are so many beaches to visit, all unique and awe-inspiring. There are also many activities to participate in such as horse-riding, surfing, swimming, canoeing, picnicking and bush-walking. Airey's Inlet Pub has a beer-garden with one of the best views of the surf coast. Cafe ala Greque has developed a reputation for fine dining and was featured in an edition of Delicious. Lorne is only twenty minutes drive away if you would like more action or to go to a movie; then you can return to Airey's for more relaxation.

Rooms and rates

On a weekday the rate is $150 per night per family. On the weekend the rate is $180 per night or $200 per night on long weekends. Minimum stay is two nights. In January the rate is $1700 per week and the house is available in one week blocks, with check in on a Monday afternoon and check out on a Monday morning. Easter weekend is minimum four nights at $220 per night. Linen is $20 per adult and $15 per child.

For the Easter holiday the rate is $250 per night with a minimum 4 night stay.
