In 100 steps via your private path you arrive at the top of the sand dunes to the northern most surf beach on the East Coast. Due to the nature of our ocean front, natural coastal flora surrounds this private oasis. A beautiful 2 storey 3 bdrm home with DLUG, upstairs consists of master parents retreat with king bed, huge ensuite & TV. Downstairs has two bdrms 1Q, 2S with 2nd bathroom. Open plan family room and kitchen lead you out onto the verandah to take in the fresh sea air. Fully self contained home with all modern utilities. You will want for nothing more...but to have stayed longer....
