A stylish and modern house in a small complex of three, Gibson's offers privacy, and ideal flexibility with three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Gibson's is very spacious with open plan living, kitchen and dining - spilling out to the main deck with never ending views of the open blue. Spend time around the private pool, plunge in to cool off! Walking distance to all amenities, including dog friendly beaches and bushwalks.

Pet friendly

Cats are permitted, Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Secure, fully fenced running area.

All dogs on holiday at gibsons are to be flea and tick treated, fully vaccinated, and well behaved. Well behaved means under control at all times. Dogs are to be on a leash when walking up and down driveway at gibsons, and are not to be left in the house, on the deck, or in the yard for prolonged periods of time.

If tenants are sightseeing for a prolonged time, tenants will inform gibsons and make arrangements to have their dog attended to throughout the day. Dogs are not allowed on furniture at any time in consideration of all our guests. If staying at gibsons Kira Kira, dogs are not to sleep on carpeted floor in bedrooms - must be on dog bed if in bedrooms.

Droppings and bones are to be picked up (bags provided) and disposed of in rubbish bin. If it is necessary to repair any damage caused by your pet, this cost will be responsibility of the tenant.
