Absolute beachfront house located close to the patrolled area of Agnes Water beach.

Restaurants and shops are a few minutes walk, as are specialty shops, newsagents, and hotel.

BBQ area caters to 16 people with undercover seating for all, rain hail or shine.

The swimming pool caters to those who like to do laps, or float around doing nothing. Plenty of room for everyone in this 14 metre pool.

Can't get away from work - Mobile coverage is Telstra GSM only at this time. Wireless Internet access by Telstra only, no other carriers have connectivity at this time.

For those that need television, downstairs has a 127cm (50 inch) flatscreen with video and DVD. Master has 50 inch flatscreen. Smaller flatscreen in kitchen

Things to do

Agnes Water is the most northerly surf break on the east coast of Australia (with consistent surf). Point break at Agnes as well as the point at Springs handles big surf for long and short boarders.

The Great Barrier reef is easily accessible from Agnes Water with Lady Musgrave and numerous other destinations serviced by tour operators.

Fishing - fantastic, no other description. There are so many options, beach fishing, deep sea fishing, or estuary. if you like muddies, throw in the pots.

Deepwater National Park is a must if you have access to a 4WD (available to hire). Tracks are sand but lead to some beautiful beaches, camping areas, etc. If you are in to Australian native plants, the drive through Deepwater is brilliant with topology that changes with each kilometre.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at this property. The only exception is for people with some form of assistance pet such as 'Guide Dogs'. Should you have an assistance pet, please advise in advance so that we can work with you to cater for the pet.
