Feb 07 Our stay at Pulteney Street in Adelaide was wonderful. We were thrilled to find a cot & high chair for the baby, we had room to move and the apartment was very clean & comfortable even during the heat wave. Booking over the internet from England was nervwracking but we neednt have worried the apartment was wonderfully convenient & well appointed.

The apartment is close to the,Clipsal Track, Major Hospitals, Botanic Gardens and National Wine Centre, Victoria Park, Rundle Mall, Festival Centre, Clipsal track, the International Horse trials cross country course & the Jacobs Creek Tour down under cycling race which meanders thru the parklands on the city fringe

Property

Adelaide’s beaches, the airport ($20 taxi ride), the Adelaide Hills are about 20 minutes away.

In the lounge room there are comfy couches 37 cm LCD TV,a DVD & local information.

Broadband access and telephone are available

There are 3 bedrooms - 2 with a King size bed,1 with 2 king singles beds (or single), cot & stroller which you are welcome to use.

Adelaide Accommodation offers 3 x 3 bedroom executive apartments which are suitable for guests with limited mobility or in a wheelchair who are travelling with a carer.
The apartments are spacious with plenty of space to navigate your way around if you are a wheel chair bound guest.
Access from the car parking area is directly into the foyer ( about 10 metres from your the parking space). A lift operates from the foyer to the top floor.
Guests arriving at the front door via taxi move straight into the foyer and lift.
From the lobby area on the top floor access to your apartment is only a few metres, there are no steps to gain access to the apartment.
Once inside the apartment there are no steps to negotiate.
Bedrooms are spacious. 2 bedrooms have king size beds and the 3rd has 2 single beds.
Bathrooms are spacious, each loo has a hand rail, we supply a shower chair. Access to the shower is over a 6 cm step. The shower head is on a flexible cord. The hand basin is set forward from the bathroom cabinet. Tapware in the apartment is lever/mixer style.
The air conditioning is reverse cycle ducted air conditioning, ample lighting is provided and lots of lovely sunlight filters into the kitchen, living and dining areas.



2 bathrooms ( ensuite + spa bath), wlak in showers, double hand basin.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas oven and cook top, a microwave, frying pan, pots & pans, lots of crockery and cutlery.

The apartment is serviced weekly, arrangements can be made for additional servicing if required
