Holiday unit

Cleverly designed over three levels with double garaging on the ground, bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor and living area, kitchen and balcony on the second floor.

Bed configuration:
The house can accommodate up to four people in premium quality beds, with a fifth person on the chaise lounge or fold-up bed provided. All beds are made with hotel quality linen.

Living area:
The spacious open plan living area opens onto the large private balcony. The well-appointed kitchen features quality appliances (including dishwasher, gas cook top, electric oven, large fridgefreezer, microwave and high quality crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.)
The dining table with its cream leather chairs comfortably seats six and the lounge area has leather lounges, coffee table and Sony 40in TV, DVD and audio system.

Other features: Miele washing machine, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and garaging for two cars with remote roller door.
