BLAIR ATHOL

Blair Athol is an inner suburb of Adelaide , most of the buildings dating from the 1950s.

From The Birches it is an easy 10 minute drive to the heart of the CBD , or 15 minutes by bus. The bus stop is two minutes walk from the house.

North Adelaide ,with its many cafes , restaurants , unique shops and cinemas is 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bus.

Adelaide is known as the 20 minute city and this is true of this property. In 20 minutes you could be at the beach , in the hills ,or on the northern outskirts of the suburbs , heading for the Barossa Valley.

Adelaide,s many events , attractions , concerts , festivals and markets are all within 20 minutes drive of The Birches.
