Three bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 toilets, private, quiet, with secure off street parking in garage with roller door. A relaxing, centrally located situation only 14kms to Adelaide CBD, 20min drive to the Adelaide Hills. 6 mins drive from WESTFIELD TEA TREE PLAZA - one of Adelaide's major shopping precincts with over 150 specialty stores, Myer, huge food hall, Coles, Woolworths, cafes, restaurants and HOYTS CINEMA.

The Accommodation

Enter to the first LOUNGE area a cosy spot to RELAX and read a book or gaze out the beautiful bay window at the garden with a glass of wonderful S.A wine! Perhaps a spot away from the rest of the house (and the family!) to UNWIND after a day of visiting friends and family or sightseeing, with flat screen LCD TV, DVD player & coffee table.

MASTER BEDROOM sleeps 1 or 2 guests in a queen size bed. Large built in wardrobe with mirror doors.

SECOND BEDROOM can sleep 1 or 2 guest in a queen size bed, clothes hanger provided

THIRD BEDROOM sleeps up to 2 guests in 2 single beds, bedside and lamp to share & clothes hanger.

PORTACOT and high chair are available on request.

OPEN PLAN KITCHEN, LOUNGE, DINING with all facilities fridge/freezer, cook top, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, serving dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. Six seater DINING room table, four seater LOUNGE, TV and Video recorder.


BATHROOM is larger than normal with a full size bath and separate shower, TOILET. Mirror hand basin complimentary guest soaps, bath towels, hand towel, face washers and bath mats all supplied.


LAUNDRY well equipped with a front load washing machine and separate dryer, laundry tub, iron and ironing board (Clothes line and pegs supplied). Off the Laundry is a SECOND TOILET.

Bringing the CAR? Highbury HideAway has SECURE undercover garage with roller door for your car with off street parking for up to one other vehicle. Backyard is fully fenced

Two Reverse Cycle split systems to accommodate your COOLING & HEATING needs.

ADELAIDE CBD - 20 min by car where you can explore the wonderful array of shopping for all tastes visit the botanic gardens, museums, theatres, galleries & zoo, don’t forget the PANDA’S too!

Explore the ADELAIDE HILLS home to the Giant Rocking Horse & wild life park, Birdwood, home to the National Motoring Museum, or Hahndorf the well known historic German settlement.

WATER WORLD (10min) a fantastic swimming pool complex with swimming pools, slides and picnic areas


Adelaide Hills Wineries- Malcolm Creek & Tattunga, Paracombe Wines, Chain of Ponds, just to name a few.
Make time for a day trip to the famous BAROSSA VALLEY wine region, only a 45 min drive away. Have lunch, check out the many wonderful wineries, antique stores, not to mention the beautiful scenery.
