*** "A PENTHOUSE ON PULTENEY STREET" is a spacious modern apartment on 1 level.

The classy apartment has 3 bedrooms ( 2 king size beds & 2 single beds), there is a spacious open plan kitchen ( dish washer), living and dining area, 2 bathrooms ( ensuite) , 1 bathroom has a spa bath, both showers are at ground level and there is a separate laundry with a clothes drier.

Easy access for those with limited mobility, guests in a wheel chair travelling with a carer. See additional information below.

The location of the apartment offers easy access for those looking for quality accommodation in a great location in the city. 20 mins from the airport and nearby a myriad of theatres, galleries,hospitals, Adelaides Universities & major attractions makes getting around easy. Public transport is opposite the apartment. Walk 1 block to hop onto the tram to visit Adelaides premier beachside destination at Glenelg or travel free in the city.

Secure parking for 2 cars is behind electronic gates, lift access is available from the carpark to the top floor making the apartment suitable for guests with limited mobility.

All windows are glazed with thickened sound proofing glass. The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning.

Within the complex there is a gym where you can make arrangements to meet with a personal trainer. There is a second gym within the complex with a sauna


The tariff for up to 4 guests at the apartment is $1500 per week for low season, please add $100 per additional guest. High season tariff is $1800, this includes Xmas, New Year, Easter, International Cricket, Clipsal, Tour Down Under.

Pulteney Street is within walking distance of the cbd, law courts, hospitals, tram to Glenelg, great food and shopping. 500 metres to Hutt Street which is a mecca for fine dining.

A 10 minute taxi ride will see you in North Adelaide, Norwood, Unley, the Festival Theatre and Entertainment Centre, all major hospitals and the Botanic Gardens and Zoo.

For visitors driving in from Melbourne and Sydney Pulteney Street is easy to access straight down the freeway & Glen Osmond Road . Travelling time from the airport is about 20 minutes.

Adelaide Accommodation offers 3 x 3 bedroom executive apartments which are suitable for guests with limited mobility or in a wheelchair who are travelling with a carer.
The apartments are spacious with plenty of space to navigate your way around if you are a wheel chair bound guest.
Access from the car parking area is directly into the foyer ( about 10 metres from your the parking space). A lift operates from the foyer to the top floor.
Guests arriving at the front door via taxi move straight into the foyer and lift.
From the lobby area on the top floor access to your apartment is only a few metres, there are no steps to gain access to the apartment.
Once inside the apartment there are no steps to negotiate.
Bedrooms are spacious. 2 bedrooms have king size beds and the 3rd has 2 single beds.
Bathrooms are spacious, each loo has a hand rail, we supply a shower chair. Access to the shower is over a 6 cm step. The shower head is on a flexible cord. The hand basin is set forward from the bathroom cabinet. Tapware in the apartment is lever/mixer style.
The air conditioning is reverse cycle ducted air conditioning, ample lighting is provided and lots of lovely sunlight filters into the kitchen, living and dining areas.
