Holiday house

This convenient home features a number of dual purpose living areas, making it ideal for an extended family holiday or two couples and children to share, and is wonderfully located on the Seacliff Esplanade fronting the Sailing Club car park, with the beach and sea just steps away.

The ground floor comprises the open plan main Living Room with Sofa Bed plus Kitchen/ casual meals area, together with a queen sized Bedroom and adjacent combined Bathroom/Laundry. There is also a full Dining room seating 8-10 with separate Family Living area including digital television and futon couch/bedding with access to a side courtyard. The
kitchen is equipped with a gas cook top and electric oven, plus microwave. The paved front Pegola area overlooks the sea. There is also a delightful rear courtyard leading off the kitchen.

The polished timber staircase invites you to the magnificent sea views from a second queen sized master bedroom with en suite bathroom plus a large mezzanine/casual living area overlooking the ocean, containing futon couches/beds plus a bedroom with a single bed. The upstairs deck with glass surround overlooks the ocean and contains a barbecue and outdoor setting.

Parking is at the front of the property plus in the Sailing Club car park, by arrangement.

The Seacliff Hotel, famous for it's wide verandah dining, is within easy walking distance. The Sailing Club also offers dining facilities on specific days of the week.

A cleaning/linen fee of $80 applies to all bookings. A bond is required at the time of your booking. Pls check with owner.
