Mentone Holiday Beach House is situated at O'Sullivan Beach, on the coast south of Adelaide. It has uninterrupted 180 degree sea views from all of the main rooms and is at a quiet location with little through traffic. It overlooks a large boat ramp complex and it is not unusual to see dophins swimming with the boats as they leave and enter the boat harbor. The world renowned wineries of McLaren Vale are nearby and the local beach is only a short walk away down a bitumen track or a short drive if this is walk might prove difficult. Small to medium well behaved dogs are permitted and a permanent off lead beach is below as are fishing and diving locations.

Mentone Holiday Beach House is located in the mist of an extensive fishing area. There is a large boat ramp complex to fish off or the nearby beach (see photo). Fishing rods are provided all you need is the bait.

Mentone Holiday Beach House can accommodate small to medium dogs that are well behaved and in control. In fact there is a extensive permanent off lead beach below us (see photo). The back yard is fully fenced and dogs are free to run in this area.

Romantic getaway

Mentone Beach House is located in a particularly quiet location. There is little through traffic to disturb you and the beach streaches as far as the eye. Dolphins frolic in the bay in front of the windows and even a whale may be seen. But the amazing sunsets every day of the year can not do anything but bring out the romance in you.
