three-storey home of 300 square metres, was recently nominated for a Housing Industry

With luxurious appointments including spa bath, enjoy complimentary South Australian sparkling

further than a 10 minute drive. There are three bedrooms, study, three bathrooms, and two
separate living areas each with large screen television. The master bedroom has a spa ensuite and
balcony, all with spectacular views and HD LCD TV. There is reverse-cycle heating and cooling, intercom security,
remote control double garaging, private central and rear courtyards and a stunning roof terrace.
This stylish home includes European stove and gas cook-top, dishwasher, microwave oven,
washing machine and dryer, DVD player, stereo, Foxtel digital television including in-house movies
and Internet access. Available for short, long or corporate accommodation. Linen is supplied. Daily
servicing is available if required by arrangement. Tennis courts, fitness centre, canoe, fishing and
sailing hire are all nearby.

Once again second time round, my family and I had such a wonderful stay at Adelaide Luxury Beach House. The beautiful views, the fantastic location, close to great restaurants, supermarket at the rear. The kids loved the foxtel, and the wireless internet is ever so handy, and it was just a hop skip and jump down to one of the best beaches in the world.

This is our second visit in 6 months and our family of 8 absolutely love it here. It's straight out of a vogue magazine-stylish, contemporary, extremely spacious, spotless comfortable and extremely well priced. The service,friendliness and hospitiality was tops. The sea views are stunning and the beach is beautiful, sandy and safe. With young children, it was great to have wading sea pools for them to play in. The seafront cafes and restaurants were very close to walk to and if we preferred, lots of reatuarants delivered here. We have stayed here in summer and winter now and the reverse cycle aircon is great.The climate is mediterranean so we loved the weather. The house was very near to a bus stop that took you straight to the city centre in less than 20 minutes or by car it was approximately 10 minutes. Looking forward to our next visit already

5/5 Beautiful interior and fantastic layout! Highly recommended to anybody looking for the perfect escape :) Nothing beats waking up and not even having to take your head off the pillow to admire the view! Looking forward to staying again already!

5/5 Amy and Julia-thank you for your warm welcome and all the extra special touches. We had a wonderful time at Adelaide Luxury Beach House and just wished we could have stayed longer. The house, location and views are incredible-so close to the beach we could hear the sea. The house is very spacious,so all of us were very comfortable. Being so close to the city and bus stops, especially during the Festival, was great too. We loved the spa, the terrace, the breakfast and the delicious meal delivered to our door. Pure bliss!
